The company operates a provincial-level high-tech R&D center and hosts professor and doctoral workstations. It possesses advanced capabilities in integrated design of turbine blades, thermal dynamics, structural optimization, and low-vibration noise reduction. The company adheres to the principle of “development through technology, survival through quality,” specializing in the manufacture of high-end equipment. It currently utilizes 21 types of high-precision μ-level measuring instruments imported from the United States, achieving a manufacturing precision of 1 micron.

The company collaborates extensively with the Navy Equipment Department, Naval Ship Equipment Research Institute, and several subsidiaries of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) including 701, 703, 704, and 719, as well as Harbin Electric Group, Dongfang Electric Corporation, Shanghai Electric Group, CSSC, Hangzhou Steam Turbine Company, Qingdao Jieneng Power Environmental Protection Equipment, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, and Nanjing Automobile Corporation. In the overseas market, it maintains long-term partnerships with companies such as GE and KATO from the United States, Siemens and MAN Turbo from Germany, Mitsubishi from Japan, and BHEL from India.
